Sunrise Poem Villa 1

Too pricey for what you get Positive: The Villa was at a great location with a great view. The exterior was great making it very relaxing to sit by the pool. On the inside the design aspect was great and there were plenty of nice touches. Negative: The villa was not cleaned properly. Bed linens, exterior pillows and towels were quite dirty. There were some trash that we found under the pool pillows that were left there from the previous reservation. plenty of door knobs were about to fall off, some of the shutters were broken, making it impossible to close them properly which brought sunlight into the bedrooms at 6.30am. All the above made the villa feeling "cheap" rather than a luxurious villa and experience. The price definitely doesnt reflect the customer experience
